Aalrik is a multi-lingual MBA graduate and retail expert focused on the Italian franchise market. Born in Paris, raised in Brussels and now living near Brescia, Aalrik has a strong international background.

Aalrik started KIABI Belgium from scratch and sat on the board as International Director for Retail in Shopping Centres, leading a mission on the performance & management of 100 stores in 16 countries. He now works with FranchiseBiz operating his own agency AVS Retail Consulting based in Italy.
