Isabel is retail expert focused on business development for the Iberian (Portugal & Spain) franchise market.

Graduated in Economics by Minho University and an International Business Diploma from Rotterdam Business School, she started career in the heart a leading SME appliances Industry nearby Oporto, the village she raised in.

In a retail career Isabel spanning 15 years, 12 of which have been internationally focused, held various senior positions and moving on 3 different countries for a number of respected global brands.

Isabel started his professional franchising career in 2013 within Kiabi International Franchise division, in charge of the whole operational exchanges for Kiabi Portugal franchising stores. With great progressions on result delivery and partnership confidence Isabel played key role towards the opening of the Kiabi Portugal headquarters in 2016, the project she embraced from Lisbon.

Since 2020 Isabel sat on the board as Kiabi Director for International Partnership Project, leading a mission on the initialization of a partnership strategy in various countries where Kiabi Group had presence, by driving a total 3-year business plan of €230M / 5 countries / 61 new partnership stores.
